Privacy Policy
Your information has different jobs.
Single may collect account and contact information, birthdate and demographic context, onboarding answers, member preferences, Arlen conversations and selective memory, subscription status, legal-consent records, and information you choose to provide while using the service.
Private, public, and verification information
Information provided to Arlen is not automatically public. Single distinguishes between private coaching context, information a member chooses to publish, and information used only for eligibility or verification.
If identity or relationship-status verification is introduced for restricted features, verification documents will be treated separately from ordinary profile content and will not be displayed to other members.
How information may be used
Information may be used to operate and secure Single, personalize Arlen, remember relevant member context, provide membership features, process subscriptions, maintain legal and consent records, communicate account information, prevent abuse, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor used by Single. Single may store payment processor identifiers, subscription status, billing dates, and related account information necessary to manage membership, but Single does not need to store full payment-card numbers in its member database.
Member privacy
Single does not permit Arlen to reveal one member's private conversations, coaching information, or private profile information to another member.
Data retention and account requests
Single may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain safety and fraud records, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve valid consent records. Member access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests will be handled according to applicable law and Single's then-current account procedures.
